If you've never hooked onto a musky, you can't appreciate their tenacity.   You will never feel the same again. 

I started fishing on Melton Hill as a high schooler in the mid 90's.  I have a great understanding of the Clinch River system and Melton Hill Lake, how they work and why they produce big fish.  Although Ive been fishing for muskies for a total of 6 years and I have learned a great deal but still have so much more to learn.  I take many trips without seeing fish, but I pay close attention to details and this helps me to figure out our muskie's patterns.
